The Art of Lily Selthofner
Many years ago, my business partner asked me to make a website for his daughter. She was probably about 10 years old. We adults only posted a few entries in her blog throughout the years, and it sat there on the back burner for a long time.
In June of 2022, when Lily was preparing for her junior year at Columbia University and applying for internships, she wanted an online portfolio to showcase her projects and art. The website was finally needed.
I made a layout for her using the colors that she liked, made the first few initial posts with her videos, and then gave her a login for the site and told her to let me know if she had any questions.
She jumped right in with some help from her dad and started uploading her art, poetry, videos, and more. She was making buttons and adding new stuff to the navigation menu like a pro in no time.
