Beginning Jan. 1, 2022, Wisconsin hemp growers were mandated to have their hemp sampled by U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) certified hemp sampling agents.
Duane Shukoski is a USDA certified hemp sampling agent located in Neenah, Wisconsin. His websites, https://wihemptester.com/ and WIHempSampler.com is for sale!
Duane offered Hemp Sampling Services, Hemp Testing Services, and Remediation Re-Sampling Services. He did GREAT in 2022/2023, and got many new clients just from his website alone. He emailed and called me several times in 2022 after I created his website, and let me know that his customers specifically mentioned how much they loved his website when they hired him.
However, he has now retired. He asked me to sell the website so that his clients can continue to get excellent service from another USDA certified hemp sampling agent in WI. This sale includes 3 months of continued web hosting on my dedicated server. You will have the option to continue hosting it with me, or to move it to the hosting of your choice.
Please note that this website was created using a custom WordPress installation. It is hosted on my personal dedicated server with about 60 other websites. I am the network administrator of the server, and monitor it 24×7 for uptime. This is a premium dedicated server, NOT cheap shared hosting where you’re sharing a slow rack with 6000 strangers.
Also important to note is that I design using premium licensed themes, plugins, and other software. I own bulk licenses for these themes, plugins, and other software. They are only valid if I am the webmaster and they are hosted on my server. So if you purchased this website and moved it someplace else, the premium licenses would all be deactivated, and the theme and plugins would revert to the free versions instead. However, If you continue to use managed WordPress hosting on my dedicated server, then you may use any of my premium licensed software, including anything new that I may license in the future. It’s an absolutely amazing value for my clients, and you definitely can’t find this level of service at GoDaddy or other sites!
