I have spoken with Jennifer, owner/operator of 41 Market and I am SO impressed by her knowledge and passion for her business.

Her father owned the business for 40 years. It briefly changed hands. Now that the business is back in her family, she and her husband have been running it exactly as her father did before.

Her most recent job of 12 years was working with the government looking for pathology. She identified sick animals and animals with cancer. She took her job very seriously and yes she found plenty of cancers in the pork, beef, etc. She has inspected beef cows pork Buffalo chickens goats deer and more.
